Your free trial

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is required, so you can try Brandaspot fully before paying anything.

Subscription payments

  • You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • We do not generally provide refunds for partial subscription periods already started, as you retain access for the remainder of that period.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we’ll put it right.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Customer bookings and orders

Payments for bookings, enquiries and product orders are made directly to the merchant, not to Brandaspot. Any refunds for those are handled by the merchant under their own terms. Please contact the business you booked or ordered from.
